Whos Got Time For TV When You Are Busy Gettin Down At The Fest? But Heres A Cool Show I Enjoy Watching. This Is One Of Last Year's Episodes
The Conscious Alliance will be staging their annual food drive at this year’s All Good Music Festival. The food donations will benefit the Saint Ursala Food Pantry of Morgantown, WV. All patrons that donate 10 non-perishable food items will receive a free limited- edition All Good Festival poster created by artist Chris McMurray. All patrons that donate 20 items will receive the full 2-Panel Poster set! Posters are printed on a post-consumer waste paper, further enhancing the greening efforts of the festival.
The All Good Music Festival is the largest event to pledge support to HeadCount by donating $.50 from every ticket sold to support the organization's "Cents for Sense" campaign. The partnership serves to introduce this new campaign set to be a significant industry-wide program to fund HeadCount's voter registration efforts at over 1,000 concerts and festivals nationwide before the 2008 election.
WIDESPREAD PANIC
What began as a few friends picking guitars at the University of Georgia has evolved into one of the most successful rock 'n' roll bands in the world - Widespread Panic. In their 22 years together they have made record accomplishments without the help of major radio airplay or any mainstream media promotion. And that's the way their fans like it. They are a fine example of music speaking volumes, satisfying the die-hard followers with as many as 250 shows a year as well as making new fans everywhere they go. Joined by Jimmy Herring (Aquarium Rescue Unit) on guitar, these American rock icons stretch music to new creative heights and take listeners on a whirlwind adventure that always leaves them wanting more.
