Our friends, 2006 is turning out to be an awesome year for R-O-A. We rocked the Docks in February taking 1ST PLACE in the Supernova Sound Clash Finals.
We played at the Canada Day Festival in Downsview on July 1st with Hedley, Philosopher Kings and Thornley.
On July 8th we played at the Molson Indy Grand Prix Battle of the Bands and PLACED 1ST and WON a professional photo shoot and a professional cd cover.
We played @ The Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto on July 15th with Panic At The Disco.
We opened for Idle Sons @ the Foundation in Barrie on July 16th.
We opened for Social Code @ Club Absinthe in Hamilton on August 18th.
On Sept. 9th we played @ the Playdium in Mississauga in the Musick Series Finals - Battle of the Bands and PLACED 1ST and WON a tour across Canada and a touring van.
We opened for Silverstein @ the Playdium in Mississauga on Sept. 30th.
We were showcased at the El Mocambo in Toronto on Oct. 21st,
On Oct. 27th we headlined a Halloween Metal Bash @ The Crowbar in Toronto.

then the judges then asked for feedback from the fans on all the bands...we are the only band out of the 10 in the competition to receive fan feedback and

On Nov. 5th we headlined at the Chubby Pickle in Windsor.
On Nov. 17th we were showcased at the El Mocambo in Toronto.
On Nov. 26th, we were a featured guest at the Foundation in Barrie.
On Dec. 3rd we PLACED 1ST in a Royal Battle of the Bands Benefit for Emma @ The Reverb in Toronto.
In December we had a FEATURE ARTICLE in the Amazing Canadian Magazine…you can pick up a copy at Chapters/Indigo…on SALE NOW and in June, remember to check the stores to see our follow-up article.
On Dec. 16th we were featured at the Reverb in Toronto.
On January 19th we headlined the Roadrunner Records Show in Oshawa.
On Feb 2nd, we were showcased at the Opera House in Toronto.
On Feb. 10th, Feb. 16th and Feb. 17th we opened for Johnny Truant in Barrie, Toronto and Oshawa.
On March 11th, March 12th and March 13th we are opened for Johnny Truant, Cancer Bats, The End and The Gorgeous in Brampton, Guelph and London.
On April 12th we played the Rock N' Reel Industry Showcase show with The End of August, The Skallywags, Burial Society and Brane @ the Groove Lounge in Oshawa....and rocked the show.
On April 30th…out of 365 bands from across the world we WON the Indie Solo competition AND became the TOP INDIE MORTAL… see www.indiesolo.com

Currently we are recording our first Independent 12 song album at MachineHead Studio in Toronto, and we are sure its the first of many more to come.
