After spending all his life writing music and singing, now he's ready to present his new work, a 12-album piece that covers different aspects of black music without losing originality. "My roots are knee deep in hip hop music, that's how I started loving music and that's the background flavour you will find in all my songs", he declares talking about his album "Sounds of My Life", a title which self expresses its common theme. "I put down all the sounds, the colours, the reflections I experienced in my life, trying to reach a unifying mood through all my work". Vocal expression is as important as the music he composes; he likes to use all his range and different modulations of his ringing tenor voice: "I like to take my risks, especially when singing live", he says, "but the meaning of what I'm saying is also fundamental, I try to express my feelings towards different aspects of reality, preferring to convey some kind of message instead of only focussing about melodies and a catchy tune".
