Mental Caliberz Better Known As J-Rewind is from Memphis. He was born in Chicago on October 9, 1984. Rewind Has been layin it down consistently on the Hip-Hop scene since he was 12. Every year he has grown lyrically n is known for his aggresive yet versatile style. He can rap fast, slow, witty, grimy, eastcoast, southern, or west coast. "Alot of people compare me to Jay-z, Biggie, Nas, AZ, n J.R. Writer, but I try to be myself," says Rewind. Rewind is a very complete artist and the only thing that would totally complete this accomplished rapper is a major deal. "I mean I'm holdin it down fa the M-Town and the whole south tryna bring that lyrical impact to the south," says Rewind. "I think that's what we are missin and if we gain a true hip-hop artist we will be unstoppable!" Rewind has completed two solo Mixtapes "Fuk Wit The Future Vol. 1" and "Slaughterhouse Vol. 1." He has also completed a mixtape with his rap group known as the Murderer's Version(consists of Rewind, Makeveli Jr., Grand Larceny, and D-Nasty) called the "Cataclysmic Mixtape."
