I enjoy my dearest friends and there are very few that I actually "seek" to spend time with. I love New Orleans music and food and rock the French Quarter frequently. I must admit; it takes me days to get over long nights now that I am older.
I have met all the people whom I am meant to meet to make my life important. However, it wouldn't be such a bad thing to be able to tell the following people what they mean to my life journey: Megan Mullally, Harry Connick, Jr. (Although I've met him I haven't MET him), Michael Buble, Peter Cincotti, Fran Drescher, and Dolly Parton.
I love Jazz. The "must haves" on my list would be Harry Connick, Jr., Michael Buble, Peter Cincotti, Tony DeSare, John Mayer, Bobby Darin, Frank Sinatra and Maroon 5. I also dabble in classic rock. GO 95.1! Also, who doesn't love country? HELLO - I'm from South Carolina - Dolly Parton and - Keith Urban! Outside of these artists I don't recognize so either like a song or I don't no matter who sings it.
THE DEPARTED - was the bomb!!!! But, as long as I have a candy necklace and a flask of Grey Goose I can make it through any movie. Others I like are: Mission Impossible III, A Few Good Men, The "Code", Cold Mountain, Blood Diamond, Troy, The Gladiator, Pirates of the Carribean, The Talented Mr. Ripley, Eyes Wide Shut and Saw. If you know me you know that when I get bored I start doing pilates in the middle of the theater. I really like thrillers, gangsters and action (and anything Tom Cruise; NO, being crazy doesn't make you less of a hunk). Once I know the ending I don't want to see them again so - I don't remember their names. The ones listed above are the only ones I can think that I have watched more than once.
THE BLACK DONNELLY'S is most likely going to be my top tv show of all time! It is excellent and I am looking forward to how they are going to keep such an interesting story going. I have also fallen in love with THE TUDORS on Showtime - very interesting! Other than that I am a reality junkie: The Amazing Race, The Apprentice, Survivor, Little People; Big World and The Real Housewives of Orange County. I do watch ER. My classic favorites are Will and Grace, The Nanny, Mad About You, Six Feet Under, The Soprano's and Carnivale.
I have read enough over the years for school and work - SO FORGET IT! I do look at the candid shots and do the crossword puzzle in People Magazine.
