Thoreau is a band consisting of four guys from New Port Richey, Florida. They played their first show in September of '05 and have since performed all over the state of Florida. Thoreau was able to record a seven song demo EP, which was a huge local success, and attracted the attention of a small Orlando based record label, Pandora Records. Pandora then signed a deal with the band back in December of '06, and now Thoreau's debut full length album, entitled Oneiro, is due out in the Spring of 2007. An east coast tour during the summer months will follow in the support of the album. The band is committed to bringing energy and passion to every single one of their shows. In short, Thoreau aims to be the best they can possibly be, so don't miss your chance of seeing this band live, or picking up their debut album, Oneiro, when you can.
