Hunting for rocks and gemstones.Lapidary work on rocks, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling everywhere.Camping and fishing and anything to do with the ocean..lakes or rivers.Love to go panning for gold and gemstones, and have good friends to share it with when I go. Picnics by a lazy river or waterfall works for me every time. I love people, children, grandkids, pets and everything that breathes...in general..I love life itself...what a gift from God!
I'd like to meet:
I like meeting anybody except for people stuck on themselves...if that is you...pass me by. Life is to be lived and shared...and if everything is for and about you...carry a mirror and meet your best friend...cause it sure aint gonna be me....otherwise..I have never met a stranger...only a friend I havent had the chance to get to know yet.
Music:
Yup...love it.......no rap crap...otherwise I always find something to like about what I am listening to. Mostly like moldy oldies,southern rock, rock, some metal, jazz, and praise and worship music....rythym and blues goes good, some classical stuff...bluegrass until the whiney nasal sound drives me beserky...but whatever is playing..I'll give it a listen..if I dont like it I just ignore it or change the station....sometimes turning it off is just as relaxing...and simply listen to nature...life has its own melody that cant be beat.
Movies:
Always like a good movie...dont go for horror flicks too much..dont like to open doors or windows in my world to the horrible things that exist in life...there is too much of it out there. Really stupid B movies are fun to watch and make fun of....tear jerkers are good for the heart...but I guess I like the under dog types who win in the end and justice prevails....does the soul good to see the bad ones get it in the end...wish the world was more like that.
Television:
Come over and watch it with me..then you will see.
Books:
Love reading...but love writing em more... but the Bible tops my list...Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth...kinda has a nice ring to it dontcha know.
Heroes:
God...aint He amazing. Jesus is tops...never had anybody die for me before...so He is on the Top Spot....and my family is next...that includes all my brothers and sisters as well...they are going through some hard stuff...but God is Good...He makes a way for us all....and my children who have had a hard life but turned out good anyways....it cant get no better than that.
