Nicolas Lahitte aka Nick LayHe was born on 24th August 1986. By mid 2003, he made incursions into electronic music organizing small events, and he also started out as a DJ influenced by local artists who define his style. His first significant steps in night clubs, took him to share booth with djs such as: Deep Mariano, Facu Mohrr, Tomy Jacobs, Franco Cinelli, Damian Dp, Bs.As. Deep, Martin Bonansea, Jonathan Okanto, CPM, Fernando Ferreyra, MAX 2C, among others. As an event organizer, he manages to get support for a large scale event by September 2005, with the presence of Guy Gerber (Israel). Nowadays, local, national and international artists support Nick Lay and give him material of growing importance, which allows his growth as an artist and the constant improvement in his music. This is reflected in his sets and performances, for which he obtains remarkable achievements such as an online 1-hs residence at ADN Alternative, sharing the schedule with DJs from all over the world; and hosting guests in his radio show such as M.A.N.D.Y, DJ Tarkan, Max Graham, Joel Amstrong, Guy Gerber, King Unique, Dom Kane, Dpen, Noel Sanger, etc.… Nick is also giving his first steps as a producer, approaching his own music projects, investigating and experimenting with new sounds. His tracks have been listened to by artistist such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nicohlas Van Orton, Frangellico, Facundo Mohrr, CPM, Deep Mariano, MartÃn Bonansea, Jonathan Okanto, FeralCode, Jason Jollins, among others…Ask and you will be told that Nick Lay is one of the most outstanding figures in the local electronic music scene due to his personality and remarkable achievements. ---
