At a very early age Alan took interest in music. Inspired by national folklore, he began to study guitar at ten; and a few months later he entered a classical music conservatory where he acquired musical knowledge. A year later, he began composing his first songs, and he hasn’t stop since. He was a member of different bands and fused different styles such as: pop, rock, classic and electronic music; and in that way he obtained important achievements and gained local recognition. At fifteen, when his cousin gave him Paul Van Dyk’s CD “Tell Me Why”, he had his first encounter with electronic music A sound he fell in love with and tried to incorporate to the band he was part of. However he couldn’t share his taste for electronic music with the band which eventually split, so Alan ventured into PC music production. In the beginning he had few technical resources and used CakeWalk. A short time after, he began to experiment with Fruity Loops, inspired by trance; but later on, influenced by DJs from Rosario, he discovered house music. Not satisfied in his mini-studio, Alan bought his first laptop and decided to play live using Ableton Live. He shared booth with DJs such as: Santos Resiak a.k.a Kaiser, Gesiete, Brian Lc, Nick Lay,Fernando Ferreyra, among others. He also met Guillermo Saluzzi, a.k.a. Gesiete, with whom he still shares ambitious projects in the promising duo Plastik Groove, characterised by a powerful electro-house. Their productions are gradually becoming well-known under their various aliases: Plastik Groove, Alan Peck and Legacy Keeper. In constant growth and learning, Alan has -and keeps adding- several achievements to his credit which makes us envisage a great professional development.
