Mainely Brews

About Me

Mainely Brews Restaurant and Brewhouse is the place to be for first-rate food and the finest ales in Central Maine. A happening place, Mainely Brews was established in the historic post office building at the center of downtown Waterville. Our completely renovated bar, lounge area, and kitchen and a new dining area called The Vault allow guests to dine in a roomy, relaxed atmosphere, and the Vault can be reserved for private celebrations or business functions.
Our newly opened Restaurant and Brewhouse and friendly staff add a homey, welcoming touch to our laid-back environment. Owner, Luke Duplessis, has been brewing his handcrafted beers for 10 years. So, kick back and enjoy our friendship, fine food, and fantastic beer as well as the best live music from up and coming bands.
Mainely Brews restaurant offers a wide range of mouth-watering food. Come try homemade soups and appetizers, World Class Burgers, tantalizing pizzas with a huge selection of toppings, and stellar entrées.
The Vault dinning area boasts one of the oldest safes in the area. Who knows what that safe has contained during it's long life! With pub-style seating, full windows and plenty of elbow room, the Vault is also a great place to bring the whole family. We also feature a kids menu to accommodate the little ones.
Mainely Brews Tavern has evolved into an establishment dedicated to relaxed social gatherings and quality beer brewing. Our goal is to continue to grow and improve, meeting our customers’ every expectation, and more! We are dedicated to providing this area with the highest quality microbrewery. Our brews honor the history of Waterville while making history ourselves. We have 17 taps on site, 6 of them are of our own recipe.
We also offer nightly entertainment including Open Mike Night, Karaoke, Blues Night and Live Bands from all parts of the world.
