Hip Hop is his purpose, muzik iz in his family, and loyalty means everything to him. Loko has been recording for 11yrs. and cannot deny he is the funkiest Latino to ever bless the mic. On January 01, 2007, he opened up the ONE TAKE RECORDING STUDIO in South Gate, California. The studio is for helping upcoming artist stay ready and provides an outlet to the locals that do it for the love. The Scam"R"tist was chosen as an alias, due to the fact; he must play the role of many different characters when dealing with many different personalities. Ray Loko the Scam"R"tist has features on "The GO GETTAZ" mix tape, "The BLOW" album and the "STREET SWEEPAZ" which was released in 2001 and placed in stores such as Tower Records and Ritmo Latino. Also, he has performed all over Los Angeles from Maggie's Pub to the Key Club on Sunset strip. He loves to put on a show! So sit back and enjoy people, Loko iz in da Building!!! DeVeuS, the West Wing's Gunnery Sergeant or D.V., Denali Vorheez, Denim Venom and Dictum Von were all born Andre Hobson. Though his early influences included such greats such as Rakim and Kool G Rap, he is truly West Coast! He debuted on Kali's Finest's Gangsta Khemistry and added extra dimension to the Live Wyre mixed tapes. Now as the C.E.O. of the West Wing, D.V. should prove to be a valuable asset to the hip hop community. The Phlemgod aka Jorge Mukus, West Wing’s Brigadier General was born in Los Angeles, California. His birth name is J’Mal Henare. At an early age, he had love for electronics, video games & anything that was plugged in. When his DJ equipment was stolen, he began to take the path of being an MC. His father, who is a musician, has a lot of influence on his gift & passion of music. Mukus has been inspired by Redman, Ras Kass, Ice Cube, and Trek Life & Denali Vorheez. However, producers such as Dj 360, Pozition, Jay Dee (J dilla), Rick Rock, Battle cat & Dr Dre have pressed a life lasting impression on him to strive for a spot in hip hop. He debuted on Fantasy Lane mix tape volume 1 & is currently working on the goal of saving & preserving the essence of “true” hip hop. ...MANSLAUGHTER is his rap, deejay, and producer name. He was born Matthew Moore in Los Angeles, California. He started mixing and becoming a Deejay in the mid-eighties. Shortly after that, he started making beats on a little Casio sampler/keyboard and a Dr. Rhythm drum machine. As he began to write rhymes, he realized a name was needed for him that was suitable for his execution of styles. He got his name from a comic book called X-Factor. As it turns out, Manslaughter is the perfect name for such a killer rapper, deejay, and producer. He listens to many different genres of music. When he puts his creation of sounds all together, you can hear the heart of hip hop. He would like to share with the world his unique funk and articulate street savvy.
