Ekanta was born already as an artist, giving her first steps in dance floors with only six years old, as a dancer. The next step was a plenty of on stage theater experiences.In little time Ekanta left Brazil and she went to an Amsterdam effervescent, where she met the deep universe of electronic music.Her first work as DJ was in the Club Trance Buddha, in 1998, playing Ambient. Many other works had happened in Europe, thus consolidating a solid learning. So that when she returned to Brazil, she became one of the precursors of the psychedelic movement. Being one of the main responsible for the consolidation of the strong scene at the Brazilian center.Taking the most authentic message of Trance to the whole country she is part of all the most important festivals and parties, like: Universo Parallelo, Tranceformation, Trancendence, Earthdance and among others.Her impressive performance made her one of the most tried and respected “Psy Trance DJanes†of the world, so that she could be seen abroad at:Dance Valley, Holland
