Bodybuilding, health and fitness....and thats about it (yeah, I'm pretty boring aren't I?) I structure my life around my training and dieting, so that doesn't leave room for much else. I don't date much because not many girls understand me, but I'm always willing to give it a shot!
Of course we all want to meet the perfect someone that we will spend the rest of our lives with, but it's very difficult to find that someone when not many people understand who you are, and what your about. There are only a handfull of people in the world that understand the discipline and hard work that it takes to step out on stage. The sport of bodybuilding is a very stange and unique one. I know that many people have a negative view toward the sport...I know I once did! I remember thinking how strange it was to see guys like Jay Cutler and Arnold Schwarzenneger posing onstage, in front of a crowd (Which are now, in my opinion, two of the greatest bodybuilders ever to step onstage). I remember thinking how sick it was to see those guys in the shape that they were in, almost zero bodyfat and just unbelievably shredded. But when I was first introduced to bodybuilding (not to be confused with "weight-lifting"...yes, there is a big difference!) my whole life changed. Not many people understand that bodybuilding isn't just a sport, it's a way of life. Anyone that can understand that phrase is more than okay in my book, and I would love to meet you. As far as the girl of dreams....well, lets just say that I hope that shes out there somewhere
Thats easy...anything but rap music. I mostly listen to country groups like Keith Urban, Rascall Flatts, John Michael Montgomery, you name it. Also listen to a lot of 80's hair bands like Def Leppard, Poison, Motley Crue, etc.
Too many to list. Some of them include Heat, The Program, Pumping Iron, and many people find it hilarious that I enjoy watching chick flicks every now and then. So go ahead and make fun...but some of may favorites are Serendipity, The Notebook, Notting Hill, and Sweet Home Alabama.
Don't watch much television...i pretty much only watch Grey's Anatomy. I'll always watch Law and Order: SVU if I find time.
Wow, I can't remember the last time I read a book for fun...other that the Precontest Bible for Bodybuilders or Arnold Schwarzenegger's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding. Oh yeah, and Franco Columbo's Nutrition for Bodybuilders. Are we seeing a pattern yet???
Arnold Schwarzenenegger because he paved the way for all of us modern-day bodybuilders, Jay Cutler because....well, hes Jay Cutler! Have you seen the guy! I also really admire Phil Heath, because he has accomplished a lot in the sport at such a young age. One more IFBB pro that I look up to is Chris Cook. When I read his life story in FLEX magazine, It reminded me a lot of myself, and where I hope to end up in the future.
