You Should Be a Film Writer
You don't just create compelling stories, you see them as clearly as a movie in your mind.
You have a knack for details and dialogue. You can really make a character come to life.
Chances are, you enjoy creating all types of stories. The joy is in the storytelling.
And nothing would please you more than millions of people seeing your story on the big screen! What Type of Writer Should You Be?
I am a normal small town girl with some deep rooted small town beliefs. I have a great compassion and love for people of all races, religious beliefs and backgrounds. I don't care if you are rich or poor, educated or simple minded, a leader or a follower, old or young or green and from another planet. I love people, period. I think most people take for granted the people who come into their lives, even for a short period of time. And they don't appreciate or even see the things that that person has given them, maybe they will never see it, but we gain something good or inspiring from every one we are fortunate enough to meet. There is good in absolutely EVERYONE, if you just take the time to look for and find it.
I have two wonderful pre-teens who keep me very busy and bring a tremendous joy to my life that can never be put into words. They are my reason for everything I do.
My hobbies are - spending time with my kids, CHARITY EVENTS!!!!(HELPING PEOPLE WHO CAN'T HELP THEMSELVES, NOT JUST GIVING TO PEOPLE WHO EXPECT THE WORLD TO TAKE CARE OF THEM.THERE

IS

A DIFFERENCE!), writing, acting and being on movie sets, doing pencil sketches, singing karaoke!!
It's been over 2 years since my divorce. We are still best friends and have a great deal of respect and love for each other. We both regret how things had to end up, but understand that for everyone involved, it's better this way. And we have had to somehow learn to deal with our decision, though it's torn us both apart. We talk every day. We are very close and I don't think that will ever change. I owe so many things to him and his family that I don't have room to list here. They are all wonderful people. But I just want to tell him...there will never be another one like you!! But then, you already knew that, didn't you? ;) I love you!
Favorite quotes:Susan Sarandon on why people get married, in Shall We Dance. "Because we need a witness to our lives. There's a billion people on the planet, I mean, what does any one life really mean? But in a marriage - you're promising to care about everything. The good things, the bad things, the terrible things, the mundane things, ALL OF IT - ALL THE TIME - EVERYDAY. You're saying 'your life will not go unnoticed, because I will notice it. Your life will not go unwitnessed, because I will be your witness'."
"Hope is such a marvelous thing. It bends, it twists, it sometimes hides, but rarely does it break... It sustains us when nothing else can... It gives us reason to continue and courage to move ahead, when we tell ourselves we'd rather give in..." Author unknown
"I'd rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I'm NOT!!"
A strong woman is one who feels deeply and loves fiercely. Her tears flow just as abundantly as her laughter A Strong Woman is both soft and powerful She is both practical and spiritual. A strong woman in her essence is a gift to all the world.
For those of you who read my profile and notice changes Ive made to it...I want to say something that I hope makes its way to all of your hearts. I have known many people in my life that have left their mark on my soul. But none so much as my MOTHER. Lord knows that we have had our differences throughout my lifetime! But there is something that I want to say to her, publicly and proudly. Mama, you are a wonderful person who has taught me so much about life and about the kind of person that I hope I can someday claim to be. You are the brightest light in any room and you have a heart of gold. You give SO much of yourself to everyone you know. You give so much love and compassion and a helping hand whenever needed. You go out of your way to make people feel special and you are tireless in your effort to care for those that you love. Even total strangers are drawn to you because of your glowing personality and your enormous heart. I LOVE YOU and I hope that there will never be a need for you to doubt that. You are a wondrous person with a spirit that inspires others to be a better person. I am so proud of you and proud to call you mine, although I don't mind sharing you with others who's lives you have touched. You are a one of a kind and I love you with all my heart! To those of you who have read this part of my page, Please find a way to look past the normal differences that we all have with our parents. Appreciate your parents for all they are, for all they've done and all they will be and do. You will someday see them as people, not just parents. They will become your friends instead of your rulers. Don't be in such a hurry to be free of them and out on your own. Try not to be an island all to yourself, with a huge gulf between your island and theirs. But rather, look for your own individuality and your own island that has, perhaps a ditch dividing you from them. A ditch small enough that it can still be jumped across to reach each other. And hop across from time to time just to say I love you and grab a hug or two. Let them love you all they want and give them all the love you have to give in return. They are truly a gift from God.

Your Love Style is Agape
You are a caring, kind, and selfless partner.
Unsurprisingly, your love style is the most rare.
You are willing to sacrifice your world for your sweetie. Even your own happiness and theirs if necessary to keep from causing turmoil in their life.
Except it doesn't really feel like sacrifice to you.
For you, nothing feels better than giving to the one you love.No matter what it costs you. What's Your Love Style?

You Have Fantastic Karma
You are a kind, sensitive, and giving person.
And all your good deeds will pay off - if they haven't already.
But you're not so concerned with what you get in return anyway.
You have an innate caring nature - and nothing can change that! How's Your Karma?

My Interests

My KIDS,

music, writing, making movies, animals and people that go deeper than the surface, in themselves and look for the same thing in others.

I'd like to meet:

ok, first... a few that are probably impossible. Matthew McConaughey,
HOT MySpace Layouts & HOT MySpace Graphics
Chris Sarandon,

HER
Julia Roberts, Sandra Bullock, Pierce Brosnan ... but mostly Matthew and Chris!! ;)
People from all walks of life who are just wanting to find new friends.

Music:

Stuck in the 80's??? Not me.. you MUST be thinking about someone else. ;)

Oh my God, I would be here for years trying to type everything that I like. I'll just put it this way, I have been listening to music for as long as I can remember, everything from my Grandfather's old 8 tracks of people that almost no one nowadays has ever heard of... to my parents' vinyl 45's and full size albums of all genres...to my own era of growing up kind of music ( ya know, the stuff our parents told us was trash and the devils music) ...all the way up to today's music of all genres. I don't think I really have a musical horizon. I love it ALL. I LOVE THE 80s! AND THE OLD HYMNAL BOOKS FROM CHURCH THAT COULD BRING YOU TO YOUR KNEES. I LOVE SOUTHERN GOSPEL, IT'S WHERE I GOT MY ROOTS AND IS THE MOST SOUL HEALING MUSIC I'VE EVER HEARD. But if I was forced to list like a top 3, they would be Lillian Axe, been a huge fan of theres FOREVER!!And just an FYI, for those of you who haven't listened to them... NO ONE plays a guitar like Steve Blaze... NO one. Then Big and Rich and ANY thing that Quincy Jones has touched.

Movies:

I'm not very big on the gory stuff or overly demonic types of movies. But I'm not a total fraidy cat, I still like the oldies that scared me as a teenager, like Freddie Kruger. But I love romantic comedies, ok, ok I just love romance. There I said it! (Admission is the first step, right?)
I love musicals, I know it makes me a nerd, but there is more to the list of musicals than just Grease, there are tons of them and they are all inspiring in one way or another.
And I absolutely LOVE The Thorn Birds!! Could there be a more amazing love story!?

Television:

American Idol!!!!!!!!!! Animal Planet!!!! Steve Irwin was an amazing person who I would have loved the chance to work with, just once. He is my wildlife hero! May God cradle you in his arms Steve and continue to keep watching over your family. Rest in peace.
Oh and I LOVE Disney classics and Disney /Pixar movies. I'm worse than a kid about that.

Books:

Mystery romances and amazing love stories. Victoria Holt and Kathleen Woodiwiss are my favorites. Someone REALLY needs to make a mini series out of (in my humble opinion) their best ones... KW's "The Wolf and The Dove" and VH's "On The Night of The Seventh Moon". They are WONDERFUL mystery/romances that will leave you breathless for more and you'll read them over and over. I highly recommend them both! I think of all the books I've read in my life, they are tied as my favorites. I have worn out numerous copies of each one. LOL

Heroes:

First and foremost, my Mama and Daddy. There will never be any others like them.

My sister is a close second, although she can kinda scare you with her always at hand label maker and over sensitive organizational skills! LOL Can you say OCD! Just kidding, she's great!
My grandmother, who never saw bad in anyone and who always had words of kindness to uplift anyone who came to her with their troubles. I really miss you!
Women who overcome the hardships that overtake their lives for a period of time, but come through it stronger and wiser and with a more true sense of self. Single mothers, abused women, survivors of violent crimes, I support and commend you all for finding the strength to keep fighting the battles every day. Much love and LOVE EVERYBODY!!!!"HERO" may not be the right word for the person I am about to mention, but there is someone who has taught me so much about me and life and opened my eyes to so many varieties of emotions.
Someone who shared herself with me for a short time in a way that will never leave my heart. She is a person who has SO many wonderful qualities and shares them so openly with people, once they manage to get past her trust barriers. She is an amazingly kindred spirit and I know that even if her son and I had never met and married, God would have seen fit for me to somehow find her eventually and experience the wonderfulness that is her.
I miss her every day and wish her the best. I can never repay her for the lessons she has taught or the pieces of herself she allowed me to carry away with me at the end of our relationship.
I am sure she will never read this, but just in case....I LOVE YOU, I MISS YOU AND I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU. THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR HEART WITH ME FOR AS LONG AS YOU DID. I TREASURE EVERY SINGLE SECOND I WAS ABLE TO SPEND WITH YOU, EVEN THE BAD MOMENTS -JUST TO BE WITH YOU WAS A BLESSING IN ITSELF.I WOULD TAKE THE BAD AGAIN, ANYDAY - JUST TO SEE YOU, HEAR YOUR CONTAGIOUS LAUGH AND HOPEFULLY SEE YOUR SMILE. I LOVE YOU K. ALWAYS.
