For some time Jacek Majewski was a member of PHUNKMASTERS. He has produced remixes for: Reni Jusis, Modfunk and DJ Maja. The FUNBOX E.P, where some of his work can be found, received glowing reviews from local and international press.Like many other bands, Renton's(Marek & Pawel) musical roots lie in the infectiously post-punk madness. They are well known band on Polish alternative music scene. Besides the rock movement, RENTON found themselves more & more involved with electronic scene. They have joined several DJs and performed in various clubs around Poland. Trio has met in 2001, when Phunkmasters had their live performance at Piekarnia Club. The collaboration started with the remix of the song "3 days" by Marek & Pawel (RENTON). The track was produced by Jacke Majewski (PHUNKMASTERS) . But just recently, in Jacek's home studio, they began to work on the music that would launch HEDO. It was during these sessions that they have recorded their debut single "Lie to me". Experience in various formations quite simply allowed them to avoid the easy pitfall of samples and to use their skills as instrumentalists for the record and each one was naturally able to find his position in a group. ..
