Proo-S aka Siliman est né le 14 Décembre 1984, par césarienne à l'hopital de Saint-Denis(93). Il est l'ainé de 7 frères et soeurs. Originaire du Mali, son père est Soninké(polygame) et sa mère, Bambara.Proo-S se lance très tôt dans la musique. 1996, en mileu d'année scolaire , il est agé de 11ans, lorsqu' avec trois bon amis, ils forment le groupe Syndi-k, c'est le plus jeune, il choisit de s'appeler: "S-pion".Le groupe dure peu de temps avant de s'agrandir. Deux amis du quartier voisin(Boiledieu), partis de leurs groupe "Les Rapaces", viennent s'ajouter à eux, donc ils cherchent un nouveau nom de crew. De plus, un jour, S-pion remarque sur une affiche que le nom "Syndi-k" est déja pris, effectivement c'était le Syndicat de la Rime. Etant donné, que c'est lui qui avait proposé ce nom, il se devait d'en trouver un autre, il chercha avec son groupe mais rien ne vint. Le lendemain matin, le fou du dictionnaire, il cherche de fond en comble et s'arrête sur "syllepse", effectivement ce nom sonne très bien, six personnes forment le crew, mais ce n'est pas tout, ce mot à un rapport avec la grammaire, donc avec les rappeurs. Bingo! l'après-midi, il retrouve ses accolytes et leurs propose, ils s'interrogent sur la signification du mot, preuve à l'appui, il réussit à les convaincre. Pour suivre le changement, S-pion décide de changer de pseudo et s'appellera désormais: "Proo-S", un nom qui lui va très bien, car, son premier texte était fulgurant(c'est sorti de la bouche d'un ancien, lui-même rappeur)"Jai écouté, j'ai dis non!! le ptit est trop dangereux!!!". Pour en finir, deux membres du groupes ont arrêtés. Proo-S, lui préférait traîner au quartier, au lieu de suivre ses collègues qui écrivaient et cherchaient des plans. Qui dit traîner, dit conneries sur conneries, habitué aux gardes-à-vue plutôt qu'aux mixtapes, il est écarté du groupe, ce qui est normal, ses potes voulaient représenter le crew à trois et sortir Proo-S, comme la face cachée, mais l'intéressé n'a pas accepté, et décida de continuer en solo. Il n'y a aucun beef entre eux, ils se cotoyent toujours et Proo-S apprécie leur travail et continuera à marcher avec eux.
