Now entering phase II: Graduate School. For the next two to three years my social life will cease to exist in favor of higher education. Wish me luck. I live with my wonderful fiancee, Nicole. Our pets are our children: Greta Garbo (Norwegian Lundehund), Abbey (lab mix dog), Monkey, Achilles and 7(cats), Hendrix (rabbit) and BooBoo (bird). Recently we've taken in a German Shepherd, Nietzsche, a very sweet dog who is in poor health. We are trying to get him well.I'm also a writer who, for the most part, is unable to ever finish a project. I've got several short stories shopped out to publications around the U.S. and even more that have not yet undergone the scrutiny of the editing process. I will continue writing cheap irrascible fiction, sinuous and hefty comparison papers, and grocery lists that would boggle the mind. Expect more tonnage per project while I'm in graduate school. Also, playing music is at the forefront of supplemental income. I play in a rock band called Bombs Away with Ben Gauthier (guitar and vocals), Adrian Edwards (drums) and myself (bass and vocals). We play '90's alt rock, old school punk, and some variety music in between. I also play bass for Uncle Jed and the Spiders with Blaine Buchanan and I play bass for the Josh Hyde band every now and then, too. Busy Busy Busy.It might just be you next to domesticate so have your pets spayed or neutered and be good to one another.

My Interests

Books, Essays, Animals, Bass guitars, Bands, Bumblebees, Writers, Onomatopoeias, Science, Absolute Power, the pursuit of happiness. Getting it right and not screwing it up more than it already is. I'm interested in quantam physics, but I'll be damned if I know how it works. I'm interested in buying a vowel....in particular the vowel e, because of its frequency and use. I'm interested in Comedy, and Intelligence, which are the only sources of conversation I am interested in. I'm interested in knowing the secrets of the universe, so I can sell them for profit. I am interested in fixing typos and grammatically syntactically accurate punctuation sir,/,I hate comedians and humor. I would abolish comedy were I in John Roberts' position.
