Fees for Loan Document Signing Services**:
$150- Signing for 1st (purchase, refinance, etc)
$50- Additional for the 2nd
$125 – Signing for 2nd only
$25 - Printing E-docs (per set, including copy for Borrower)
*** Travel Fee is negotiable ***
** Services include notarization, acquiring additional information from borrower as required by lender/escrow, pick-up and delivery, and completion in a timely manner, at a convenient location for the borrowers and/or escrow, title or lender.
NOTE:
(If Notary error or omission, there is no charge for re-signing.)
