On July 7, 1985, the infamous, multitalented Carita "Young M.O.E" Cole was birthed. Born in Jackson, TN but was raised in countless cities across the US has always been a lover of music. Traveling from one state to the next due to her fathers military status, she grew up loving all kinds of music from MC Lyte to MC Hammer, and from TLC to some of the gospel greats such as John P. Kee and Fred Hammond. Cole always knew that she wanted to do something with music one day in her life but just wasn't sure what it would be. At the age of 8, Cole started playing piano by ear. Since then Cole's peculiar ear has continued to grow and discover sounds for good music.
After recording her first mixtape in 2006, Cole has grown lyrically and vocally. She has come back to record her first underground CD entitled "UnderExposed". Cole says, "in order for a picture to ever come to life it needs light and if it does not recieve the correct amount it is then therefore underexposed". Cole feels that she has been underexposed for a long time not receiveing the light that she deserves. She writes her own material, produces it, and records it all herself. Did I mention singing and rapping? If "Swizz Beats" calls himself a one man band, then Cole should be called a one woman band. She is also motivated in promoting clean hip hop without the profanity that is often used today. Her talent is unique and can't even be expressed in words. After droping "UnderExposed" to the public, Young M.O.E, Magnificient Oustanding Entertainee, will be exposed and with her success in the future she will be able to release "OverExposed" but thats another story!------------------------------------------------------
