It takes strength to do what must be done when the work is unpleasant and uncomfortable. It takes strength to persist in the face of obstacles, when it would be much easier to simply give up.
It takes strength to be polite to someone when that person has been rude to you. It takes strength to be truthful when a lie would be more convenient.It takes strength to build for the future. It takes strength to resist temptations and distractions.It takes strength to do what is right. It takes strength to make an effort when it would be easier to make up an excuse.It takes strength to do all these things. And all the while, these are the very things that build even more strength.Be truthful, do what you know is right, put forth effort when it is called for, persist, and the more you do so, the more easily you'll be able to do so. FIRST OF ALL…GOD BLESS & WELCOME TO MY PAGE.IM NOT ONE TO TALK MUCH OR EVEN EXPRESS MYSELF BUT HERE IT GOES.........IM A MOTHER OF 2 BEAUTIFUL KIDS ''DONCELLA & NATE''. AT THE AGE OF 5 MY MOM CONVERTED IN A YIYE AVILA CAMPAIGN.MOM BECAME A MISSIONARY THEN A PASTOR.SHE TAUGHT ME THE MORALS OF GOD AND WHAT SALVATION WAS.EVEN THOUGH MY DAD MADE OUR LIVES HELL,MOM'S PRAYERS WERE ALWAYS PERSISTANT.AT A CERTAIN TIME OF MY LIFE I DECIDED TO TAKE MY OWN PATH.WHICH LEAD TO ANGER,VIOLENCE & HATRED.BUT MOM PRAYERS WERE ALWAYS PERSISTANT.I BECAME INVOLVED IN FITNESS TO KEEP MYSELF BUSY.BUT THAT DIDNT HELP.SO I KEPT WITH MY WAYS.I WAS ONE THAT TOOK INTO CONSIDERATION THE DARE.SO A FEW YEARS AGO I TOOK A DARE FROM MY BROTHERS THAT I COULDNT HANG WIT DA BIG DOGS @ DA GYM CUZ OF MY AGE(ME BEING THE OLDEST)AND I WAS A GIRL.THE GYM WAS MY PASSION. I WAS DISCOVERED IN THE GYM AS A POTENTIAL BODYBUILDER SO I MADE IT PART OF MY LIFE.BUT GUESS WHAT? IT DIDNT FILL THE EMPTYNESS IN MY HEART.I KEPT MY ANGER WAYS, HATRED & VIOLENT BUT THE ONLY THING THAT WILL ALWAYS CALM ME WERE MY KIDS AND MOM. I BECAME DEEPLY INVOLVED IN FITNESS & NUTRITION.I TOOK A DIVE IN 2005 WHEN MY FRIEND AND HER SON LOST THEIR LIVES IN A TRAGIC ACCIDENT ,THEN MY DAUGHTHER BECAME ILL THAT SHE ALMOST LOST HER LIFE.THAT SET ME BACK 1 MTH BEFORE MY COMPETITION.I SAID TO MYSELF GOD WHY ASKED MANY QUESTIONS FOUND NO ANSWER UNTIL I DECIDE TO GIVE GOD A CHANCE..AND I DID SO NOW I PRACTICE MY FITNESS AND NUTRITION FIRST FOR THE SOUL THEN THE TEMPLE THAT GOD LET ME USE AS MY OWN (MY BODY). (For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. 1Timothy4:8)(Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;1 Corinthians 6:19) I THANK GOD FOR EVERYTHING I HAVE AND DONT HAVE. HIS LOVE AND MERCY KEEPS ME GOING NO MATTER HOW MUCH PEOPLE ARE JUST DEDICATED TO BRING OTHERS DOWN. SOMETIMES PEOPLE WALK IN AND OUT OF OUR LIVES.WE DECIDE WHO STAYS AND WHO WALKS OUT. BUT WHEN WE ARE SO LOVED BY GOD HE BRINGS PEOPLE INTO YOUR LIFE TO REPLACE THE EMPTY SPACES LEFT BY THOSE WHO HURT YOU.THEY SHOW AND SHARE THEIR LOVE THROUGH GOD AND THATS A BLESSING. I WANT TO THANK THE FAMILY PINEIRO FOR THEIR LOVE AND SUPPORT IN GOOD TIMES AND BAD TIMES FOR MILLY THAT WHEN I HATED SO MUCH I LEARNED TO LOVE HER THAT MUCH YOU GUYS ARE A BLESSINGS. THANK GOD FOR MY MOM WHO IS A HUGE SUPPORT SPIRITUALY, MY KIDS WHO I LOVE VERY MUCH...AND MY HUSBAND FOR HIS UNDERSTANDING.
