why my name is so important
A good friend of mine always used to tell me that there are so many different sides to me, all as beautiful as each other like a crystal. Towers is a family name, that derived from my step father who died in 2001, I used the name in dedication to him, as he never had the chance to watch me perform live.

For the past few years I have been working on getting my voice and repertoire up to industry standard,
Initially I started of in a group called beloved, who were a gospel group in the midlands, being in this group taught me a lot about myself, as time went by I realized that I needed space to spread my wings and fly as an individual artist.

It was at this point I joined the project called Raw Talent a community based project initiated by Pato Banton.
It was there that I learnt that I had the ability to rise above the rest, in terms of studio work, seasoning, vocal coordination, harmonies and generally being supportive to my peers.

Excellent artist, A very talented individual, lively, energetic, and charismatic. It was absolutely marvelous to work with an artist of this caliber knowing what she want, where she wants it. I usually have to direct and dictate to artists in my studios, but with crystal it was refreshing that she is so head strong. ( Da Major Vomit productions)

My style is very distinguished, a twist of many different flavors, as I come from a gospel background that is prominent in my music, but I enjoy moving out of the norm. This explains why my sound is so eclectic.
I have performed on many stages around Birmingham and the midlands, I am regularly booked by connexions in birmingham, for all their youth empowering days, I have performed at Arts fest, Marcus Garvey day, Super stars at south Birmingham collage, Henry J Beans, the kitchen in the custard factory, and many more venues in the midlands. I've work with some amazing arists such as christof jenkins. Adante. Denise Bryan who I've gone backing vocals for. I love to session for others. some of my backing vocals can be hear on adante's track lucky star and I wouldn't lie to you which you can play above!!!!
It is a absolute pleasure for me being on stage because I feel free and an able to be completely myself. ( (Totally DIVA)

In the future I would like to do more seesion work, and tour with an international gospel artists such as Ce Ce Winans my favorite gospel artist. After touring for a few years and gaining contacts within the industry, I would like to become a solo gospel artist. Recording in the studio is my passion and to be able to sing live with another international gospel artist is an aspiration of mine.
As a Session Singer, I am dedicated to hard work and discipline and the principles of my heart are to strive for perfection.
