"Tripple M" defined is his government which is Marc and then Musically Magnificent. His lyrics were honed in Virginia Beach ,VA on the corners of the strip where he earned respect as one of the illest on the hip hop scene. His content is of pure lyricism and is of the essence of hip hop. You will not hear any ice blinging sitting on 20's here friends!
Tripp speaks the truth about life that many can relate to it. BUT,
make no mistakes he is well versatile and is capable of taking you through vast episodes, whether its chilling with friends going to the club to his personal convictions and beliefs.
His AKA Grey Cloud came about when he was going through very trying times in his life. Everything that he would write about was his diary of trials and tribulations.
Tripp formulated a crew of his own back in 96' called ICU, Ill Collaboration Unit, with his lil sis Ghagged and M.G.B (Mista Ghetto Blast). They were very influential in the tidewater area that led them to be 20 deep full of emcees from the VA area! Eventually after things shifted and people went their own way. Tripp formed a RAP/ROCK band with fellow emcee ROCK DIGGY with the ICU name.
They were favored to open up for major artist from the legendary Naughty By Nature, Das EFX & EEkA Mouse.
They also had the OP to perform on the Warp Tour in 2000 & 2001 for battle of the bands.
Even though the group is disbanded Tripp is now repping with Remnant Muzik which consist of his sister Ghagged, brother GIMJ , & InteliGent DeZign.
