Things I like:Opening my big fat mouth, music, books/comic books, hypochondria, anatomical models, taxidermy, skeletons, trivia, communist memorabilia, propaganda, advertisements, minimalism, deco, nouveau, voyeurism, shit talking, circus posters, last words, design, writing, making out, pills, meeting people, swearing, redheads, hating things, hating you, hating myself, horror, old stuff, collecting things (except for trading cards and stamps, that shit is for losers), painting, jokes, death, life, sex, sleep, thinking I'm so goddam smart. The rest of these I try not to bring up in conversation: parenting, walking, politics, cooking, cleaning, computers, science and news. I'll talk about the other, previous stuff all fucking day though, so watch out. WATCH. THE. FUCK. OUT.
Things I don't like: sports, being stood up, passive-agressiveness, sword and sorcery-type fantasy fiction, fear, reality shows (mostly), tardiness, materialism, uneducated people with loud opinions who don't know what they are talking about (unless it's me), people who don't say they are sorry, people who don't admit they are wrong, snobs, anti-snobs, defining in opposition, people who don't forgive, people who don't do what they say they will, rich people, people without passion, liars, people unwilling to change their mind when new information becomes available, people who ignore their problems, the unexamined life, taking things too seriously or not seriously enough, tabloid Hollywood gossip.
People who have strong opinions about essentially valueless things. People who do things. People who talk but can shut up sometimes. Why don't you ever fucking just relax? Nah, I'm just kidding. You're doing great work around here and don't think we haven't noticed. You are a valuable member of the "family." Because that's what we think of ourselves as around here: a family. We really appreciate... blah, blah, mumble...

I prefer DC to Marvel. ABC, Fantagraphics and Kitchen Sink to all and everything.
I like magazines too- newspapers, closed captioning, cereal boxes, pamphlets at doctor's offices, amusing bumper stickers, fortune cookies, anything in front of me that has words.
Confederacy Of Dunces and One Hundred Years Of Solitude are the only books I never finished. I notice your book shelf is full of "trick smart girls into fucking me" books. Is that why you have the guitar you don't play and the posters of Europe? Fuck you. You think you're better than me? FUCK YOU.
