Online Status Icons DJ2Saint is a soca DJ hailing from West London that has established a loyal following since he first burst onto the scene in 1990 at London's Notting Hill Carnival, with the family run Caribbean Sunset Club. With his Grenadian heritage, DJ2Saint has soca music in his blood and was raised in the carnival community. Bringing the sunshine sound of soca music to the masses has not been an easy task in the UK, as soca is a genre that many do not hear until the August bank holiday weekend. 2Saint played at Notting Hill for ten years until the band decided to part ways. He then formed the Classix International sound system with his brother Terry. They appeared on many a pirate radio station and still had loyal fans from the Caribbean Sunset Club days. Although soca is DJ2Saint's first love, he plays a variety of music in nightclubs all over London, including R'n'B, Hip Hop and Bashment. Some of his venues include the Q Bar, The End and the CC Club. Currently, 2Saint is working on his soca mixtapes which will soon be available on his pending website.
