Dad Don stepped down last year as the Chairman of the Ag Economics Department at Texas Tech University--Undergrad and Masters from Texas Tech, PhD from North Carolina State. Stepmom Kathie is an art teacher and an incredibly gifted artist with a flair for Mexican-inspired art. Mom LaNelle has a Masters Degree in Child Development from Tech as well and runs an NAEYC Accredited Early Head Start Day Care Center. I'm really proud of all of my family's accomplishments.
