A big one for me would have to be that communication and all that it is worth is most important in any situation. Knowing how to express your opinion without stepping on toes or hurting feelings is something that is learned from experiences and mistakes we make. If you ask any one who knows me well, they will tell you that I will be the one standing next to them in the end to help fight the battle or be there to protect there back from the impact of the fall. My heart is huge and I usually put it all out there. It's only when I feel used or taken advantage of that I walk away no matter how much it hurts. It would only hurt more later to stay.The hardest life lesson, The hardest lesson I have learned through the years is that, You cant please everybody. Believe me, I have tried. You are bound to piss afew people off along the way. I have lost friends, family, time and sleep over this very fact and finally realized that as long as I am making decisions with good intensions in mind that it will all work out in the end. Life.......gotta love it! I have owned my own business for almost 6 years. "Stefanie's Style" a full service hair and nail salon. I love my job....I am doing exactly what I have always wanted to do and in the fashion I have always wanted to do it in. In my free time I enjoy spending it with important people in my life. Going on road trips and going out to eat at five star restaurants where dressing up is required. I also enjoy laughing with good friends over a glass of fine wine and putting on the ol'e leathers and going on a long road trip on the bike with some good friends. I am a mother of one expressive,talented,extravagant,extremely beautiful Hawaiian girl. She is my "chicken butt" as I call her.She hates it but has had that name her entire life. I am also a singer/songwriter, (Im 100% chick but I sing like a Dude!)and have performed, co-wrote, and gigged with the best of them. I have met some of the rockinest rockers there are.
