About Me

Paul:
25. In the Navy. Currently stationed in San Diego. Freelance Graphic designer. Digital printer. Avid video gamer. Recovering action figure collector. Comic book reader. Non-worldly traveler. Window shopper. Runner. Full House buff. Laid back for the most part. Nice guy. Hopeless romantic. Loves to cook. Wants to visit Greece. Chews Doublemint Gum. 2002 FSU Graduate (Media Production / Classics). Has never met any big celebrities. Lived in Birmingham, AL for a short while. Has no hometown to speak of. Grew up in a Navy family.
Likes oatmeal. Doesn't smoke. Drinks with friends. Enjoys cheesy movies. Once hit himself in the head with a hammer while drunk. Doesn't mind being second-in-command. Owns a $120 electronic lightsaber replica. Can't resist doodling in notebook paper margins. Loves dinosaurs. Wants to challenge you to Simpsons Jeopardy. Doesn't do complicated math. Quotes "Jurassic Park" nearly every day.
Intrigued by abandoned buildings. Wants to photograph rusted farm machinery. Loves the idea of living in a converted Cold War missile silo. Huge fan of post-apocalyptic wasteland films. Would rather die in the blast than live on the scorched earth with the C.H.U.Ds and the mutants. Prefers back roads to the Interstate. Leads a life shaped by "Ren and Stimpy" and "The Adventures of Pete and Pete." Played the clarinet and saxophone for 10 years. Was an FSU Marching Chief for 2 years. Probably can't play either of them worth a lick today.
Has never visited a nudie bar. Listens to jazz. Tunes the radio to "Prairie Home Companion" to hear the news from Lake Woebegone. Reads in the bathroom. Drinks Red Bull when it's free. Used to drive a PT Cruiser. Used to shop at Publix just to admire the scenery. Once had a pet hedgehog named Hermes. Has family in Macon, GA and Philadelphia, PA. Thinks "Arrested Development" is the best sitcom since Seinfeld, God rest its soul. Believes that "King of the Hill" has better character development than any major network drama. Hates the commercials before the movie. Watches Battlestar Galactica on SciFi. Would NOT vote for Baltar for President.
Drinks cheap wine, but not the cheapest wine. Lights candles. Burns incense. Reads cyberpunk. Loves Pink Lady apples. Prefers sit-down Chinese restaurants to buffets or takeout. Has trouble meeting strangers sometimes. I am a Guitar Hero.
