1993年結成
今年で結成15年を迎えるSOFT。
京都を拠点に全国各地にわたり野外のビッグ フェスティバルから
各地のレイブ・パーティー、クラブなどで精 力的にライブ活動を行ってきた。
ロック、ハウス、テクノ、トランス、ジャズ 、アフロ、オーガニック、アンビエント、、 、
様々な音楽スタイルを取り込みフリーフォー ムなライブは
その時々のヴァイブレーションに応じて柔か ら剛まで刻々と変化していく。
紡ぎ出されるそのグルーブは時に狂喜のダン ス天国へと人々を導き、
時に美しいアンビエンスを創り出す。
これまでに4枚のアルバムをリリースし、様〠…なコンピレーション・
アルバムにも参加している。
2007年春には渚音楽祭の東京、大阪にてプレ゠¤ã€‚
そして９月には２度目となるアメリカツアー を行った。
2008年1月には久々の12inchシングル
「FULLMOON IN TRIANGLE」をリリースした。
It has been 15years since the band got together.
With Kyoto as their home ground, they have
appeared in uncountable Open Airs, Festivals,
Raves, and stages at clubs. Absorbing Rock,
House, Techno, Trance, Jazz, Afro, Ambient,
etc., the free formed live set contains vibration
that metamorphoses from flex to fix, and back.
The woven groove from the band creates craze
to the dance floor at times, sometimes creates
an enraptured ambiance to the atmosphere.
SOFT has released 4 albums so far, and has
numbers of recordings on diverse compilation
albums. In 2004 they were on their first tour out
of the country, in west coast US.
Now there are recording their 5th record in four-year time.
