Handcuts record is a Japanese record label specializing in hip hop/dance music. The company's history began with a release of "Back on da block," by the world's greatest producer, "Pete Rock" in July,2000. Since then, the company has been engaging in delivering cutting edge street music from all over the world to its sensitive audience.
