I will be releasing my new project entitled "Bhang Lassi" on Dynastic records here in Japan on October 21st!! "Bhang Lassi" started as the soundtrack for my Brother Anands multiple Gemini winning directorial debut Docu-drama entitled "Cosmic Current". "Cosmic Current" is the touching "off the wall" story of my mothers struggle with cancer and my families pilgrimage back to India to pray for her health at the sacred Hindu temple known as Tirupathi.
"Bhang Lassi" is eclectic fusion of classical Indian music and electronic beats ala Cornershop,Talvin Singh, Nitin Sawhney and was awarded "Best Canadian Soundtrack" 2005 by the Canadian motionpiture industry. I hope all of you will join me at my release party on October 25th and of course buy the cd!!!

Hello again
Everything has been going great for Bhang Lassi! Tateiwa and I have just come back from a month of recording in Madras/Chennai India. The new album is sounding great and we are looking forward to putting it out in the near future. Songs from the new album will be part of the soundtrack for my very talented brother Anand`s new documentary entitled "Mad Cow/Sacred Cow" which will be featured on the CBC in Canada.Please join us at any of our upcoming shows!
