So many ideas so little words are going around these days, the best way for introducing myself it..s always starting from my music, the music i make the music i listen to the the music i live, the music i am, the music i dream to be. I started playing guitar quite late actually i was 16, i soon realise that bass was my way to see throught the notes and read between the line, so at about 17 after 2 months spent borrowing basses from people i know i bought my first instrument, a white washburn whose frets had been removed , starting with a fretless wasn..t a wise thing to do but i realise a couple of years later how easy it was to play normal basses. I always played rock, noise, indie crounchy guitar post rock, my first band was back home (italy) and it was a cover band (quite bad to say but it was just my approach to music) we played around my home town for about 1 year, along came my second project a trio strongly influenced by grunge and particularly Nirvana, at least we started making our own music, it was 1992 after all and Grunge was the music, 8 years after i quit bass, dont know why just different priorities and everyday..s duties or just a lot of excuses, i thought later that this had been an inevitable but useful break for me, In 2000 i moved to Edinburgh and i started practicing again with a friend of mine, about 2 years ago we started a project together as duo about 8 months ago we started reharsing with a drummer and we are Alibis, just few weeks ago Robbie joined the band, we are actually getting stuff ready for our first demo, cant actually wait to start recording and putting our material online, thanks
