Daniella DeVille “The Ice Princess†is one of the top notched female impersonators in the tri-state area. She has captivated audiences up and down the East Coast, with her dazzling Comedy, Sultry and Blues routines. She has performed many different venues over the years at clubs, benefit shows and pride events. Her life long passion is to help support non-profit organizations and charities to benefit AIDS research and childhood diseases with her performances. In the past several years she has taken time away from female impersonations to build a long lasting relationship with her husband of 6 years, and their two daughters.
She has dedicated herself to her family first and female impersonation second. In today's fast paced world, having a name for yourself allows you to have many bookings across the globe. Spending most of her time now helping others to achieve their goals in the area of female impersonation, she has been a mother to many. Due to the many years that she has been performing across the east coast she is just happy doing a show here and there from time to time and never wants Female Impersonation to totally consume her life, like she has seen happen to so many over the years. But, enjoys the time that she does get to spend on stage performing, and is currently accepting bookings when time permits.
She had the simplistic idea of when most of the Divas started the art of drag by doing small venues, then maturing into fabulous entertainers with years of experience and guidance behind them to bring quality and fantastic shows to the people. She has strived to be all that she could be because of the demand from her fans for professional shows that truly give light to all the different talents every Diva contributes week end and week out.
When people ask her why does she do drag? She replies “There are many different aspects of female impersonation that I enjoy. My love for the stage, I would have to say that Entertaining, and seeing the smiles on peoples faces, really does it for me! I mean, don’t get me wrong.. the money comes in very handy.. but I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world! I love hearing the laugher and seeing the faces of the crowd light up. I don't do drag for myself and the gratification that comes with it, but for the people who for just a moment in time can be caught up in the illusion that performing Drag has, that takes them away from the hardships of living as a GLBT person holds living in the Society that we live in.
