From East Coast...grew up mostly in Richmond, VA, spent summers on Chesapeake Bay in Deltaville...moved to Fernandina Beach, FL mid-teens where I graduated HS...college briefly in NJ, spent every night at clubs in Manhattan (Palladium pre-MTV, Limelight, Pyramid, CBGB, Ritz) ...went to school for studio engineering in Orlando(ARTI actually but couldn't find school link), started bartending, got into nightclub operations in early 90's, worked at/managed several very successful clubs in FL/ GA.(The Edge Orlando, The Edge Ft. Lauderdale, Squeeze Ft. Laud, Club Electra Ft. Laud, FUBAR , The Nest, Gravity Pub Atlanta, etc.), moved to Atlanta after kid came along, took computer science at GA Tech... school system sucked for my kid and taxes were outrageous, so moved to small town in NC...have been keeping critters since a wee tyke, got into saltwater aquariums living in FL...opened a saltwater aquarium specialty store in Salisbury, NC... now doing that.
