Perfect Deception

Perfect Deception was constructed in early 2006. The band was originally formed with four members; Josh Posey (Drums), Elliott Posey (Vocals/Bass), Ray Buckner (Vocals/Guitars) and Travis Posey (Vocals/Guitars). The band established a unique sound of Melodic Rock, Rock, Metal and Alternative early on. The sound originated through influences such as The Doors, Seether, Godsmack, Metallica, etc… The band has performed at many local venues, bars, and block parties. Famous Sams, The Red Owl, The Club House, The Big Fish Pub and the Arizona State Fair are just a few examples. The band has also worked with small promoters such as Big Time Entertainment in hopes of gaining faithful fans around Arizona. Today the band consists of three members; Josh, Elliott and Travis. The trio has diligently pushed towards creating a vast fan base. In mid 2008, the trio flew to Nashville Tennessee to record a five song demo with the help of Sound Dragon Studios. Though the band has worked hard on creating a demo and fan base, Perfect Deception has not acquired any radio play. The three are working to create music that is essentially written about life experiences. Through this the band hopes to capture listeners of all genres with their unique and inspiring sound. The band is currently scheduling gigs and is moving towards their goal of performing out of state.
