Dictionary Definition: Random - proceeding, made, or occurring without definite aim, reason, or pattern: the random selection of numbers
This is the easiest way to sum up my personality. There are those that love it, and those that hate it with a passion; But non the less, I am what I am.
My friends and family are those who I cherish the most. My friends (the good ones) have stuck by my side through all the walks of life I have taken in the past few years. I love them to death. They know who they are. They belong to the group that I call My Circle; These are the greatest people in my life.
However, there are some people that are so stuck on their friends, they let their friends define their personality. I pity those people, for they seem to not be able to find who they are. These type of people I do not associate myself with.
Onto the past of me:
I grew up in a small city of Brookings, SD. This is also where I graduated High School, and where I currently live. However, I have not stayed here in this town. As mentioned above, I have had to make a few choices in my recent years and I have been just about everywhere in this United States, for some period of time at least.After graduation, I moved to Orange County, California...Newport Beach to be precise. Their I began a career and something totally new in my life. This was the first door I had opened on my own, and probably the only door that is still somewhat open.
I have also lived in Sioux Falls, SD..this came after being in Cali for almost a year and deciding I wanted to go back to school. For other reasons, that stint at school did not work, so I left.
In September of this year, I made my most wild and completely idiotic decision, as I packed my stuff up and moved to New York City. The NYC experience was short lived, and exactly two months later, I am back home.
The next door I will open will come next fall, one year from now, as I will be going back to school in Sufu, SD and earning my degree. This is the biggest goal on my mind..my one focus...
As any of my friends will tell you, I love to road trip, and I am in no way scared of the open road. I have racked up a lot of miles driving by myself across the country, and some with others as well. I have made a trip from the South Dakota/Minnesota area to Orange County, California 2.5 times round trip. I have also been on a bus, traveling the south and such...I have horror stories about both, the bus trip is much more exciting though, haha!
