About Me

GARZA is originally from Peru and a new resident of the Bay Area, She is already a powerful presence in our various LGBT communities accross the larger Bay Area.Besides being a classical trained ballet dancer, choreographer and dance therapy instructor for people with Parkinson's disease, She's the star recruiter for the HIV Research Section,AIDS Office of the San Francisco Department of Public Health and SFisready.org and its many HIV Vaccine Clinical Trials and HIV Preventions Studies. She's also the longest reigning queen emerging from the Miss.& Mr. Gay Safe Latina 2004, of the Insituto Familiar de la Raza, Inc. He played a transgender HIV test counselor in the educational video "It affects us all", created as a collaboration of varios Latino-focused HIV Prevention agencies throughout the Bay Area. Garza graced the cover of the AIDS Housing Alliance's Desperate Divas 2007 Calendar.
