So not sure how many people really read this part of the profile or if they just skip to the pictures to see what you look like...but hey I thought I would add a little more for those people who do. My name is Jessica but most people know me as Snow Whyt. Most people ask how I got that name so basically I was called that many years ago when I was just getting into the music business but it never really stuck until I was blessed with meeting Grandmaster Caz...he decided to sign a t-shirt for me and instead of using my real name he called me Snow Whyt so from then on it stuck. I guess that was his polite way of calling me white girl...but hey I have grown to love it and it fits me well. So I was born and raised in a small town in Iowa...did not know much about Hip Hop until I moved to Vegas and met people who taught me so much about it that I fell in love with it....now I love schooling people on it. I graduated with a BA in Elementary Education but music kept creeping into my life one way or another so I decided the universe was trying to tell me something so with a leap of faith I decided to follow a path that was very unfamiliar to me and instantly fell in love. I currently manage a music studio and love it...I am also working on a hip hop children’s book and want to help children through this amazing culture...when I was blessed with meeting the Pioneers they opened a whole new door for me and made me see a different side to this game....and without them in my life and being blessed to be able to pick up the phone and get advice from them I am unsure where I would be....so my main goal and focus is to bring this amazing culture and shed some positive light on children who do not know the roots of this billion dollar industry...everyday a new door is opening and I am making my way towards my destination. I am super outgoing...love meeting new people and learning new things...I am a proud mother of a 5 year old who is my inspiration for everything I do...yet I am down to earth and deep down I am still a country girl just living the city life.MUSIC is my refuge…I can crawl into the space between the notes and curl my back to loneliness.
