About Me

I guess I got bored and decided to write in this funny little space here. What would you like to know? My name is Allie. I live in a house somewhere with my parents. I am quite short, despite being in college, I still get made fun of for my height by the other kids and the children I teach. I love movies, books and music, tis my passions. I really enjoy working on television sets, though I don't know why. I DJ for the best radio station around, 89.5 FM, WSOU as the lovely Ms. Scarlett. Listen to me on Friday afternoon from 4 to 8pm. I am your TOP TEN DJ, bringing you the top ten CDs as spun by the WSOU DJs and requested by the listeners. I love to read, I want to be an English teacher someday for high school or college. Currently, I am a substitute teacher. Unfortunately, I do work with little ones who have endless ways to make fun of me because I'm short or I look sick or pregnant. Its not pleasant but sometimes it makes me smile, like when Helen asks if she can be my daughter. I love when most little kids hug me, some of them have severe issues though. I knit, almost everywhere, it calms me down. I also love to bake and make candles, create mosaics and cross-stitch. I'm just an all around creative little girl who loves to do crafty things.
