this is my short story ooookay:
It was blue. It identified me more than the 4 letters my parents assigned to me at birth. My lunchbox, blue, my clothes, blue, my fingernails, yes, blue as the sky. The paint on my fingernails wasn’t there because I had cried for a more decorative look to my hands. It was there for sheer necessity. My brother, the one I had lived with before I was even out of the womb, was red. His color was red, mine blue. If one day, and I am told this through the experience of my parents not through memory, my parents would try to give us the wrong color clothes or lunchboxes, me and my brother would shout and scream but would not tell them why. Our colors had become instinctual to us and expected our parents to know that. Instead of nametags we had lunchboxes, clothes, and even fingernails to tell us apart. Till this day my parents still call me Lou and Lou Will, they say it is by accident but I am sure it would never happen if they could still look down at my hand and see five little sky blue nails. “Yes, that one is Willâ€, they would say.my name is Will and i W-I-L-L. It takes a long time to get to know me but if u ever do i will suprise u.
