I became a first time, single mother on April 22nd of this year. My new little man, Tristan Maverick, weighed 6 lbs. 2 oz. and was 19 inches long. He's so sweet and is growing like a weed. He had his one month check-up and weighed 8 lbs. 13 oz. and was 21 inches long the end of May. On June 29th, he weighed 10 lbs. 7 oz. and was now 22 1/2 inches long. Wow! What if we all grew like that? He has started to coo, smile, focus in on sights and sounds, play with his animals that hang from his playgym, and now the end of July he is sucking his thumb, oh no, like his mommy and his Me-me and rolling over already at 12 weeks old. I'm going to have one strong, wild, curious little man on my hands.I own a really great house, have a college education, a great music teaching job a few blocks from my home, a good head on my shoulders, and live in a beautiful resort city and National Park with spas, lakes, and a horse track. Who could ask for anything more?As for my personality...I'm very, very neat, almost obsessive at times. I can't stand a messy house or choir room. I'm a perfectionist!! I'm a born leader like everyone in my family, very outgoing and open about everything in my life. I don't have secrets. I'm very assertive, I go after what I want, I stand up for what I believe in, and I strive to be the very best at everything I do. Although I'm very strong at times and in certain areas of my life, I'm also quite emotionally sensitive, very trusting, and too honest apparently. I would rather hurt than see someone else hurt.
