Hi there, and welcome to my page.

I am a writer who is currently working on my second novel while trying to get the first one published and slaving away at a full-time job. That seems to be the theme for my life this year: Juggling a thousand, nearly-impossible things all at once. Yet, there is nothing I love better than words on a page. It's my addiction. What's yours?

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

JANE AUSTEN ---Not only is she the goddess of literature as far as I am concerned, but she was a woman who wrote witty comedy at a time when women were simply supposed to be bearing children. She never married---even though she must have felt pressure to do so---and she was very modest and overly critical about her work (that last part I can identify with especially). It's just too bad she has been dead almost two hundred years....

JENNIFER CRUSIE ---I know, I know! Another writer, but seeing as how my life revolves around the written word, who would really be surprised? This remarkable lady not only is alive and well, but she is also one of the few writers who can keep me up all night reading as well as have me screaming with laughter with each page. As humor and sarcasm make up huge chunks of my personality and life, you can easily understand why I can feel a kindred spirit in Miss Jenny. If you get a chance, check her out. It is one of the proudest things (as well as strange to those who don't know the full story behind this) that I am allowed to loudly proclaim myself a cherry! (Get your head out of the gutter! Look it up on the website if you want to know what this is about).

HUGH JACKMAN ---This man is so hot that I would pay big money to watch him again in "Swordfish" (and I really hated that movie). Not only is he a fine specimen of the male species, but he is also a hugely talented actor, singer and performer. Go, Hugh! Too bad he's married with two kids....
