Here we go, its time to feed the machine! Tax Time,,its about time we stop taxing the poor. No one making under 50K a year should pay ANY TAXES! Now if you really want to get their attention we will form a mass protest for 2008. NO TAXES!!! No Filing, no paying no playing! Why 2008? Because it will take that long to break the fear that the IRS holds over us. Peace******************************************************* ************************************************************ ************************************************************ ********When I woke early this morning and looked at the bright stars out my window, I could only ponder why is this world ran by insane people, bent on greed and destruction. I wonder if we are truly on the brink of nuclear holocaust. From Bush to Kim Jong Il, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Israel, I feel such dread in my spirit. Where does one start, Foley and that old drunk priest they dug up to convince me that Foley is just a victim? That the stock market is real, for the rich only in our country, yet our President tries to convince the rest of us “poor folks” this is our safe retirement Plan? To being told that our economy is strong, yet everyone I know is dirt poor, a casualty of the Bush regime.To a world that once broken cannot be healed. No amount of greed, or money, can replace our world. Yet it is sold off everyday. The largest recorded hole in our Ozone in history exists, and were told that repair can only happen with the cessation of pollutants for sixty years. We know that isn’t about to happen. Yet I have a Government that states global warming isn’t real. Nor alternative energy resources. To a fourteen-year-old girl pulled from class like a criminal for questioning her basic rights, free speech for what she stated on My Space. Such Nazi tactics.How about the possible threat of terrorist attacks against the NFL! Boy was that put down real fast, can you picture the owners of our great American pastime screaming are you insane to those that be, why that’s a lot of money your scaring away! Yet to fly in this world, you have to jump through hoops. When the last scare tactic was put into place ( hair gels, and baby formulas) I questioned why would you throw potentially dangerous explosive materials into the same trash bins, with no fear of blowing up an airport?The lack of health care for all, yet our Federal Government employees have a great plan, that you pay for, but cant use, or access. There are too many wrongs to balance the rights today. The vote is rigged; we know that from the last two major elections, yet I will show up at the polls in November, praying my vote will make a difference. In all my years I have never seen such corruption in our Government, I feel like I live in a third world country. The media have betrayed us in our crucial time of need. They have been bought and sold, and you are paying the price.Colorado, vote yes on amendment 44, Im sick of being targeted as a criminal for recreational use of marijuana, this will make it legal across the state. Vote yourself a raise on the minimum wage ballot, vote yes. Why wouldnt you?I especially beg women to vote. Its sad that the largest voting faction in our country are women, yet I can honestly say that I personally know only a few who exercise this right.Last thought, I am so dissapointed in the Democrats for they have been as much to blame as the Republicans for being so passive, but this is a shot at taking back our country. The U.N. summit is starting to look and sound like a Bush Roast on Comedy Central! Too bad the joke is on us though. I asked myself this morning why the Democratic arm of our Government has not begun impeachment proceedings. I wonder though, can you impeach the President and Vice President at the same time? Talk about insurace. Being dissapointed in this country and our leaders is one thing, being discouraged is much worse. As another election draws near I, not unlike you, question the power of my vote. It seems when "we the people" try to create change, "we the government" stops it. Take the marijuana laws, how many time's in numerous states, have the law's been changed by vote, yet there is always a loophole the government uses to intimadate DR.s from prescribing, to taking honest tax paying citizens and making them criminals. I find it so sad that in the last few weeks the minimum wage has been lost to the heavy promotion of war mongering by our own President. You are told that this wage effects only the service industry people, well folks where I live the service industry is it. We produce so very little in this country, outsourcing is not only the norm now, but unchallanged. Home foreclosure's are at an all time high. Yet our corupt media gives it a thirty second sound byte then refuses to even explore why this is happening. Our President states the economy is strong. Yet auto-makers, and numerous other "service industries" are laying off people in the thousands. The recent drop in gas prices is nothing but a bone thrown our way during election time. Global warming is very real. I implore you still to get out and vote. Educate yourself on all the issues.
