I decided long ago to have a project based life. After nine kajillion restaurant jobs, fun in Alaska, Athens GA, Oaxaca Mexico and 2 years working for a record label in Atlanta, I settled in South Carolina. Now I own a 1941 diner-cum-taqueria, a catering company and a small real estate venture...investing in old, abandoned churches, gas stations and empty lots in blighted parts of town.
