Photobucket Album Books, medieval & ren faires, hanging around with my friends, and writing short sci-fi & mystery stories. I don't mind going to the bar with my friends once in awhile, but its not something I find habit forming.

Music:
Favorite song- Guns-n-Roses: Paradise City. I listen to all kinds of music. Probably my second-favorite song is Highland Cathedral (played on the bagpipes). Another good one is the March of Cambredth by Heather Ledger (you can search it on MySpace- good tune). But, I'll listen to just about anything. Country is good, but haven't been listening to it the last few weeks because my life kinda feels like a country song right now, so I've been listening to lots of 70's & 80's rock lately. I also like Celtic music, love bagpipes, and have always wanted to learn how to play them. Oh well, maybe one of these days before I die I'll pick up a set & give it a whirl...
Movies:
Action / adventure! Bond rocks!Schwartzenneger & Van Dame movies are pretty good, too. Every Steven Segal movie I've seen I've liked. I'm also a sci-fi addict. I just love the new Battlestar Galactica show, as well as the new Doctor Who on BBC America.

As a kid, TV was awesome! As I got older, I pretty much shut it off. An occasional movie is OK, but not very often. When I do watch TV, its usually with my daughter, and we always watch Bufft the Vampire Slayer!

Books:
I've always liked action & adventure books, but I'd have to say that mystery & suspense are my true favorites. One of my favorite authors is J.D. Robb (who is romance writer Nora Roberts).
Heroes:
My first childhood hereos are still secretly my heros today. They helped me become a part of what I am today. Roy & Jonny, two paramedics & fireman. From the first time I watched their show on TV, I knew what I was going to do with my life. But, now that I've gotten older & wiser (yea-right!), i'vfe realised that my true heros are the people out there volunteering their time to fight fire, maybe even saving a life once in awhile.
