Today Mandla Nkosi is Boston’s leading authority on kettlebell training and the owner of Boston Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning.Mandla combines Joint Mobility, Kettlebell Training and Body Weight Exercises to provide fitness and athletic performance solutions to elite athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike.Mandla created Boston Kettlebell as a result of his passion for movement and his desire to access the innate potential of the human body’s remarkable design.Mandla is captivated by the body's potential to be strengthened and conditioned to move with fluidity and power. His motivation is to fully understand how, why and what makes elite athletes perform in class of their own.He found that a conscious application of anatomical and physiological knowledge in sport, fitness and combat is what creates an elite level of performance.Mandla strips every routine, exercise and drill down to its basic components to ensure you recieve a complete and comprehensive understanding of them.As a result, his clients develop extraordinary confidence, a standard for excellence and an ability to engage and develop in any chosen fitness or sports arena.
