About Me

My life is largely defined by the people I care about. If it weren't for friends, family, and those that I respect outside the aforementioned people... well, I'd probably still be taking low saturation photos of dead fields and writing poems where my greatest intellectual thrill is finding words that rhyme with "shell" and "forget." As it stands I tend to be a much more cheery person. If you want to know more about me you'll probably have to ask the people I hang around, because I'm no good at defining myself in a box.
I like to cook. I like to tell bad jokes. I like to write long feminist rants on websites full of ignorant dickholes like Gaiaonline.com. I like to memorize words to songs that have a lot of fast lyrics like "One Week" by the Barenaked Ladies or "$1000 Grape Drive-By" by Be Brave Bold Robot. Mostly, I think the simple things are the things that keep me happiest.
Often times I find myself in the position of care-taker/mom for some of my friends, which is odd because I have no clue what to do with this. My apartment has become a hostel for those who can't go home. I lecture and worry and enable bad habits, but strive to do it all better next time.
My goal in this life is to write. As often as I can about as much as I can. To write and to be read. And, of course, to bed your mom.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

New friends. Not that my old friends aren't good enough, but new friends on top of the rad old friends would be the best answer to this section. I also want to meet that one kid Gabriel Kroener or whatever his name is from the movie "Trekkies" so I can punch him in the face. Seriously. He reminds me of all of those nerds that I hang out with on occaision, but only the worst qualities of all of them. And his stupid mullet? Elitest attitude? Fucking loser. And I really want to meet anyone who would help me get published, because seriously guys, that would be fuckin' sweet. O, and probably Peter David. He says when he's doing signings and shit when someone comes up and says that they want to be a writer someday he always leaves a comment of the like of "Good luck with your writing career." See, several decade ago he was at a convention and got a book signed by Stephen King, who wrote that comment. Now Peter David is one of the greatest comic writers alive, good luck, eh? Peter David totally owns.
