MIRAGE

En el 2004, después de un encuentro fortuito y con matices de jam sin mucha trascendencia entre los integrantes de la banda, volvieron a reunirse a principios de 2006, cuando Esteban Castañeda, vocalista y guitarrista con conocimientos extraídos de la sinfónica, decidió buscar músicos para ensamblar sus composiciones.Tuvo en cuenta a "Hendrix" David Lozano, bajista, quien se encontraba concentrado en su carrera de Ingeniero Civil y con quien había compartido además de escenario, una buena relación interpersonal .Al encontrar atractiva la propuesta, mutuamente decidieron buscar a Felipe Arango, Comunicador Social Periodista, Diseñador Gráfico y baterista que había relegado por un tiempo el contacto con ese rol, pero quien había dejado una buena impresión en ellos dos.Así empezó en un principio Aerostático, hoy MIRAGE.Con una trayectoria individual de más de 10 años, cada uno de los integrantes de Aerostático, ahora MIRAGE , llegó a converger para darle vida a este proyecto; síntesis de muchos de los elementos que cada uno en su experiencia personal aporta a la banda.Actualmente la banda se encuentra en el proceso de dar a conocer su material que se ha querido llamar PLANO SENSORIAL (SEMIPROFESIONAL), un demo de 8 canciones, relación directa con el contenido de sus letras.Por razones de sincronía se decidió cambiar el nombre, lo cual no significa otra cosa distinta a seguir adelante con perspectivas de vuelo más alto y con la idea de incluir un cuarto elemento; alguien que logre profundizar la intención de la banda DESDE LOS SONIDOS SINTETIZADOS, SAMPLERS, LOOPS, que aporten elementos de vanguardia.Es por esa razón que se ha decidido abrir una CONVOCATORIA para quienes quieran audicionar, tengan una amplia idea de rock y tengan expectativas serias frente al proceso de proyectarse en una banda.Antes que tener sus propios "juguetes" debe ser ante todo un ser humano capaz de generar sincronía y un sentido claro de la proxemia entre músicos, dando claras muestras de visión y gusto por los sonidos.De igual manera se ha empezado a dar énfasis al trabajo de composición colectiva y hay nuevas canciones en perspectiva.Con algunas presentaciones a cuestas, esperamos llegar a ROCK AL PARQUE como primera fase de reconocimiento colectivo, para después emprender una cruzada de vuelo, que por si misma convoque masivamente y genere una identificación colectiva. At the moment MIRAGE is presented every fifteen days in the NÁUFRAGO bar, Calle 80 Nª 14-44, and it continues in the diffusion process in the circuit of bars and local competitions. The past competition organized for SOCORRO, it was good to clear enough doubts in connection with the musician´s expectations in the city, the excellent level of bands in Bogotá, and who propose the scenarios for to stand out the creative intention.
