About Me

I am a man who was lucky enough to be stepfather to the greatest young man I have ever known. Armand-AJ-Marin. I met him when he just turned 8 in 1991 and his mother Lorna and I were married on May 15th 1993. I always knew that Lorna and I would have a girl together and his sister Siobhan was born 16th December, 1994. The perfect 4 member family and our lives centered around that until May 18th 2006 when Armand died. It is almost 2 months-July 8th- now but it might as well be 200 years because the hole in the heart from losing your child does not go away. Anyway, I had started to learn this just before he died to have another way of keeping in touch and seeing his work but now it will be a source to get closer to people, especially those who share in the memory of his unfulfilled brilliance.

My Interests

Family, Writing, Science-Astronomy, Reading-Shakespeare and other greats, Sports, Music, Music, and Music.

I'd like to meet:

My son, over and over again. Sidney Poitier, Richard Harris, Jamiroquai for AJ, King Arthur, Morgan Freeman, Stevie Wonder, David Bowie,not much on meeting celebs or world leaders, it is interesting but so is anyone I meet with good conversation or music
