Nieghborhoods within Queens that encompass the membership are Ozone Park, Broad Channel, Rockaway Park, Roxbury and Breezy Point. There is also a Texas chapter in Houston.The purpose of our brotherhood is to establish a bond amongst its members that will withtand the test of time. It is this bond that can not be broken. The policies of the Tomcatz are determined amongst the membership and shall be followed at all times.

The Tomcatz is an elitist organization. Membership is not open to just anybody. Vice President and the Rush Chair must agree on the bid for a new member. Than then that bid is up for voting. A 3/4 vote is required for membership.
