About Me

Now playing: chiselsome time about three years ago i started scratching an itch that i later identified as musical creativity. a little while later i began my foray into philosophy and somewhere along the line the two endeavours merged into a single project. now i attempt to simultaneously explore philosophical ideas through music and explore the nature of music itself through philosophy (expressed as music).

my older work had a much more straightforward, noisy ebm style -- i was trying mostly to find a good balance of front 242, croc shop and noisex. sometime since then i discovered power noise, breakcore, rhythmic noise, illbient and about 75 other subgenres and my music has demonstrably changed. hopefully sometime soon i will be able to compile a body of work into a single treatise for publication, or at least packaged for ease of dispersion.
